Get Started

Prime Care makes getting started with home care very simple.  Just give us a call! You will speak with the Owner or Director of Nursing directly.  They will answer all your questions and take all the information Prime Care needs. They can also guide you in initiating a claim for your long term care benefits.  Service can be started immediately, at which time a nurse will do an assessment free of charge. The Owner and Director of Nursing work closely with the Coordinator to make sure just the right nurse or home health aide is chosen for you or your loved one.
